Meeting Minutes 10

Venue: Raffles Institution HML, Singapore

Time: 30 April 2008, 1130 – 1515     

Present: Bryan Lim, Sean Yap, Yan Xiao Dong, Tan Koon Chong, Wang Kai Cheng, Mrs. Lim

1	Survey Questions	We discussed and planned our survey questions as a group.
2	Interview Questions	We discussed and planned our interview questions as a group.
3	Meeting with teacher mentor	We met up with our teacher mentor, Mrs. Lim and updated her on our work progress.

This is our tenth group meeting of the year. In this meeting, our main idea was to brainstorm for questions for both our interview with the Chao yang school staff and also our survey. We did this in a rather interesting way. Each of us would come up with our questions on a piece of paper and we would pass our paper around for everyone else in the group to edit, give opinions and also cancel the irrelevant questions. Then, each of us would type out our own questions and we would choose the best.

We also met up with our teacher mentor, Mrs. Lim and basically kept her updated on our work progress. We also discussed various issues about our project.

We plan to finalize our survey and interview questions soon and get valuable information from the other members of our community.
